A Message from the Head of School

Welcome to St. Timothy's Preparatory School.

St. Timothy's School is a small private school with a reputation for having a strong emphasis on academic excellence. I am especially proud to be the Head of School of a school community which includes caring, devoted and knowledgeable staff members who challenge each and every student to reach his or her potential, inquisitive students with a love of learning, and parents who are supportive of our school's mission.

At St. Timothy's School we encourage and include students from all faiths and cultures. St. Timothy's teaches the Christian faith in the Anglican tradition with morning daily chapel as a way of beginning our school day. Our school provides the foundation needed for successful learning. Graduates from our Eighth Grade have gone on to excel in High School and have attended some of the most prestigious universities in our state and nation.

Rich Webb

Head of School

Rich Webb has over thirty years of experience as a school administrator and educator.  He has called Apple Valley “home” for much of his adult life since his parents, older brother, and younger sister have all lived in Apple Valley for so many years.  He is a twenty-year United States Air Force veteran having served in Cambodia, the Philippines, Italy, and Greece as well as having lived in or visited 48 of the United States.  His most recent position was as the Head of School at St. Paul’s Episcopal School in Waco, Texas.  Prior moving to Waco, he served at schools in Lubbock, Texas, Atlanta, Georgia, Hilton Head, South Carolina, and Savannah, Georgia in senior administrative positions.  Rich has over thirty years of experience as a coach as well, having coached State Champions in Football, Volleyball, and Basketball.  His true calling is in working with and empowering students to be our future.
